1. all lessons take place at your home. 2. lessons are given as individual lessons of 30/45/60 minutes each. 3. lessons are canceled on public holidays without affecting the agreed fee. 4. lessons take place during school holidays. 5. when possible, holidays taken by students should be relayed 4 weeks in advance. 6. the lesson fee must be paid monthly from the start of the contract. 7. appointments must always be arranged personally with the teacher. cancellation of a lesson by the pupil should be made 24 hours before the appointment with the teacher. lessons missed through the fault of the pupil will not be made up or refunded. 8. the pupil undertakes not to attend lessons if he/she is so ill that there is an immediate risk of infection for the teacher. the lesson fee remains unaffected by this. 9. if the teacher fails to attend an appointment, alternative dates will be offered and agreed. 10. cancellation is possible with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the quarter or, in the event of a price increase, on the date of the price increase. notice of termination must be given in writing or electronically.
